Forecasting Our Future

January 18, 2023 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Join me at an in-person event with The Nature Conservatory in Colorado!

How is climate change affecting the Yampa Valley? What impacts will hotter temperatures and increased extreme weather events have on our community and the state of Colorado in the future?

Join Dr. Katharine Hayhoe—climate scientist, National Climate Assessment author and chief scientist at The Nature Conservancy—for a discussion on how to best prepare for the risks posed by climate change and how to translate climate science into actionable planning for resilience at the local and regional scale.
