About this event:
How can we join forces to heal the planet while living a more fulfilling life? Can we save our future through human connections — and regenerate ourselves, our communities and our environment?

To learn more, sign up for our Regeneration Meetup, a Zoom event hosted by Green Change on Monday, February 7, from 6 to 7:30pm PT/9-10:30pm ET.

Our free meetup will feature these inspiring speakers:

• Katharine Hayhoe, chief scientist at The Nature Conservancy and our keynote speaker (pictured below). Called “one of the nation’s most effective communicators on climate change” by The New York Times, Katharine thinks the most important thing we can do to address climate change is to talk about it — and she wants to teach you how. To prepare for this event, we invite you to read her new book, “Saving Us”.

• Anne-Marie Bonneau, blogger and editor of the Zero Waste Chef Cookbook. She will talk about her regenerative lifestyle and will share practical tips for a sustainable kitchen, garden and planet, to help us reduce waste in our own lives.

• Chance Cutrano, environmentalist and chair of the Sierra Club’s San Francisco Bay Chapter. He will discuss the many ways that people can protect nature and biodiversity, drawing on his work at the Resource Renewal Institute and related projects.

You will learn about individual and collective actions we can take to protect our future, focusing on regenerative solutions that improve the wellbeing of the planet, all people and all living systems.
